"WE reserved the room like usually and this time was no particular room she just want give us a outside room because no have another left was so busy she sad ..,i dont no what thats mean but I no im not reserved those tipe..!Then i was told here i need to have a room inside the building so because of that she give us inside this room was smelling like a cigarette badly! I'm reserve a not smoking always, this room wasn't like that! Sorry People reserve the room for a reason then when we get there don't say we don't have a room what you reserve how come what that mean!!?? But ok another then this we love this Hotel and we keep going there like usually. "
