Star of the Mountain is a spacious, one-level retreat located just mile from the popular Marina Beach in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Built in 2001, this 2,450-square-foot home offers a comfortable and relaxing getaway with plenty of entertainment options.
The home features WiFi, a TV that functions as a monitor for DVDs, a DVD player, central air conditioning, a wood fireplace, ceiling fans, and standard fans for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, and crockpot. A washer, dryer, iron, and board games are also provided.
The garage has been converted into a game and entertainment space, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, wet bar, full-size fridge, microwave, and seating for 18 guests.
Outside, guests can enjoy the partially covered deck with furniture for 8, a gas BBQ, a table and chairs in the lower yard, and a wood firepit.
No pets or animals are allowed.

Star of the Mountain is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a gated resort community with 24-hour security, offering access to beaches, a golf course, and a country club.
Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.
Additional Details
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited, except for the proper use of gas firepits and designated wood firepits.
The wood firepit may not be used during wildfire season or drought conditions.
A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.
Firewood is not provided.
Parking & Accessibility
Driveway parking is available for 2-3 vehicles.
The garage is not available for parking, as it has been converted into a game room.
This home is wheelchair accessible, with no exterior or interior steps and only two steps leading into the garage.

1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including
infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy
number includes children & infants.
2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25
please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirm
occupant age.
3. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one time
fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML
HOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access permits are
non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information is subject to change at any time.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on
Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don
Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,
you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina
Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.
5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole
championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,
community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the
lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive
sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack
shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open
during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.
6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special
moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the
departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean
any celebration debris.
7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary
Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can
purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not
provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).
8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and
fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite
Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and
non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be
crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.
Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all
times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur
an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
