This charming home in Groveland is the peaceful getaway you have been seeking. It has a cozy feel with a living area featuring a fireplace and flatscreen TV. There is a full kitchen and spacious dining area that seats up to eight people. The most relaxing feature of this home is the large front porch with comfortable seating and a view that looks out among the Pine Mountain Lake community, with surrounding forest scenery. Central heating and air conditioning create a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Separate, semi-private office/desk area for folks who may want or need to work on their laptops whether for business or leisure. This location is adjacent to Pine Mountain Lake's Golf Course and Pro Shop and is a short walking distance from the community pickleball courts, and the PML Grill Restaurant and Lounge. One of the particularly unique features about this home is the hidden short-cut trail behind the home, which is a lovely short walk leads to the 19th Hole Lounge, Golf Course/Pro Shop, Grill Restaurant.

Located in the community of Pine Mountain Lake, this home is close to a variety of activities. Just four miles away, Pine Mountain Lake has all you need for an adventurous day with boat rentals, fishing, and picnic areas. The historic town of Groveland is a short drive away and has many of the original buildings, including The Iron Door Saloon, the oldest saloon in California. Yosemite National Park is 25 miles away for an exciting day trip to experience its beautiful scenery.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great home
Beautiful stay with plenty of room. Perfect for us two couples and would be great for families too. As other reviews state, the driveway is STEEP. We had a bit of trouble with it, especially with cars low to the ground. But beyond that, the stay and the staff were great. Love Groveland for many reasons, and this house was another reason why!

Ideal stay just outside of Yosemite
This was a great place to spend a weekend with friends outside of Yosemite. Clean property, well-stocked with utensils and pots/pans for breakfast spreads and dinner plans. Heed the warnings about the driveway, particularly if you drive a manual car - you may stall out trying to park.

Great Trip!
This house was great for our family - teenager, 3 year old, 3 month old, and dog. Plenty of space and very comfortable! Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Great location for walks with the family and close to lake, golf course, and local store.

Gorgeous patio and view
The place is amazing. It is absolutely what I expected based on the photos. It was very clean and was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Check-in and check-out were easy. If you are considering this spot- book it! A very nice house with a gorgeous patio and view. A great family friendly home. There were board games and DVDs for the kiddos. The village had so many activites (besides Yosemite) that kept the whole family busy.

The Gallery House was good overall
The driveway is very steep like worse than you can imagine. But it was manageable in the summer. The pillows were very thin and had no support and the bed sheets were very low quality and a bit rough. My step son and I both got spider bites so check the sheets before you go to bed. The cooking oil is expired so don’t use it. The house itself is very nice and spacious and was plenty of room for our family of 5. The living area has two small couches and we tried to watch a movie one night together but some of us had to lay on the floor. But the house was clean when we arrived and it was comfortable and was close to the beach and golf course which my husband and step son loved!

Clean and roomy
Great house. But as everyone else mentions the driveway is extremely steep. We had no rain and was not yet snow season so it was only a bit of a hassle but make sure you have 4wd. If not find out if you can park at the grill and walk maybe? We were there for a memorial service at the grill and it was easy to walk there using the golf course path. House was very clean. Had small soap and shampoo. Clean towels and sheets. No wine opener so bring one 🙃 great front porch. We did have issues with the fridge not closing properly and not keeping things cold. But we didn’t eat at the house so they was not much of an issue for us. If you book. Make sure they fixed the fridge.

Nice house, but they do not provide many supplies
The home is very nice and spacious, was very clean when we arrived. It was in a nice location close to the Golf Course and about a 5 min drive to the Lake. The only issue with this house is that it isn’t well stocked at all! They provided toilet paper, 1 roll of Paper towels, some dish and laundry soap and that’s it! Aside from the dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies the cupboards were completely bare. Thankfully I brought some cooking spray with us, but we had to go to the store to get coffee filters. Seems weird if you have a coffee maker not to have any filters.? Also no cleaning supplies in the house, no broom, no vacuum. Maybe not a problem for most people on vacation but traveling with 2 small children and our dog, there was bound to be some dirt and stickiness, would have been great to be able to clean it up better. I don’t expect them to provide everything for our stay but a couple convenience items wouldn’t be a bad idea. Many other properties in the area supply the basic items.

Yosemite vacation home
Great location. Not far from the park. Grocery store and local restaurants within minutes of the house. Close to the main road too. The driveway requires some confidence behind the wheel, but it’s manageable.

Great location
Great location close to Pine Mountain Lake. Big open kitchen and living room. Steep driveway is an understatement. Good for 4 wheel drive in summer time. Winter don’t know how people get up the hill with snow.

Nice little place with crazy driveway
Cute place but not desirable as it’s on a steep lot right in front of a large condo building. There is no usable space outside except the front porch which is very nice. Our car spun out trying to get up driveway.

Spacious home, but the driveway is nightmare. Also poor/lack of communication with manager.
This place is managed by a company, so if you need to contact someone, good luck with that. I had tried contacting management a couple times prior to our arrival, but had no luck. The pictures of the place are misleading. This property needs photos of the exterior as well. If we had known of the driveway, we wouldn't have booked this place. It's mentioned in their description, which we've seen before we booked, but they didn't mention HOW steep it really is. I'd still wouldn't want to drive my AWD up that steep driveway. To give you somewhat an idea of how steep, that driveway is sloped at a ~70 degree angle (literally almost perpendicular to street). AND to add to this, the main street is also at an incline. So you have an uphill incline of the street in addition to a steep driveway. Management gave us outdated info. Before we arrived, they mentioned in their description that amenities in the community are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, which is entirely not true. The lake was open to temporary guests. Will not recommend this place. Will not book again.

Not worth the money.
The driveway was indeed very steep. I would not try to walk down the driveway. The yards could use some improvements. The weeds and and burrs are not good for dogs. Especially furry ones. We are not tech savvy so no television for us as we were not familiar with Roku and I didn’t see instructions. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Exploring Pine Mountain Lake
The property is perfect for 2 couples and 2 dogs! Although there is no place to let your dog out and roam and take a potty break. The porch is fabulous with plenty of room to have dinner, play cards. Nearby to Iron Door Saloon and Groveland Hotel to watch the Warriors win! Beauty abounds in natural swimming holes at Rainbow Pools.

Family trip to Yosemite
Nice house in great neighborhood, surrounded with golf fields. I counted 8 sleeping beds, but on the page it says 10, maybe owner provides air bed. We traveled with our friends total 7 people, there were more than enough space for us. Floor is loud when you walk, it squeaks a lot. Other than this awesome house. We really enjoyed staying there. Would definitely recommend. And don’t be scared to park, you’re gonna be fine ;)

Spring getaway
Cute house and plenty of room for the two of us and our two dogs plus my son and his little family. Great location to get to Yosemite for hiking. Yes, the driveway is steep but figured it out after a couple of try’s. Perfect size and had everything we needed. Ran short on garbage bags. Coul have stocked one for eacday. Nice location for sure!

TV vowing issues
This home is soooooo lovely. Clean, pretty, spacious and a really good well stocked kitchen. However, there was no access to MLB. Or NFL. Sorry but if I’m gonna be there on a weekend gotta see my sports!!!! If you’re not a sports fan stay here. It’s truly a gem.

Great home! Challenging driveway.
As the listing makes clear, the driveway is very, very steep. We have a 4 wheel drive SUV, and it was still a little bit challenging to go up. We scraped the bumper once when we exited and made a right turn. (Stay to the left!) Note that you must be able to walk up a flight of steps to use this home. We loved the wildlife in the area! We saw deer across the street every morning. The house is great, with everything we needed. I'd give it 5 stars, except for the driveway. We would stay here again!

Lovely!
Gallery House was a lovely place to stay! Very clean and uncluttered with plenty of space for a family of four to spread out. We loved sitting out on the porch every morning for some coffee. Having the pool nearby was a big plus too.
