"Very nice view and all the amenities. It’s one room, studio so right but we don’t spend much time there so no issue. Very comfortable. Very nice seating by the water for morning coffee and afternoon sunset. Great sound of waves and way walk to beach. Hosts are so nice and friendly and helpful with suggestions and stories about the island. Your at their house so it’s nice to see them busy around the property. "

"If I could move the property to a different location on the island it would be perfect. However, being only a short walk to tourist ground zero could be a bonus or minus to some. The service, accomodations, cleanliness were all great. Parking is iffy. Walking to and from the location at night is iffy. "Shannon met us at the condo at checkin and was super helpful and made our stay a great week. Dave was also a great host. The condo is a little dated but beds are super comfy, great AC, washer dryer in unit, nice view from porch and the pool was wonderful. Awesome view from pool. Downtown was 10 minute walk. Bring bug spray the mosqitos were bad early morning and late evenings on porch due to a ton of rain before we arrived. View made up for the bug bites. I would stay here again..."

"Overall, the property was great! It had all we needed for our stay and it was in a safe nice gated community. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. We never received the gate code so there was confusion upon checking in. Also, the water in the shower had poor pressure and only got somewhat warm even after running for 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, the place was very nice with great views of the island and ocean. Hoda was helpful and responsive to our messages. "

The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!"

"First of all, every place I have ever stayed at has had some minor issue. It could be not having toilet paper or dishes, one time there was a hole in the roof from a tree crashing on the house. What either makes or breaks the experience is how the property manager handles the situation. Like so many other places we had a small issue that was immediately taken care of within hours!!
