"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. "The Hotel is charming the rooms are gorgeous but the setting takes your breathe away. Set in a valley in the Marches region of Italy from the pool you can see the ocean and turn around to look at ancient cities on the crests of the surrounding hillsides. Sandra the owner and hostess is as charming and lovely a human being as you can find. I would drive hours out of my way to stay here. You won't regret it !!!!"
