"Chalet in a good location for local restaurants & near buses for ski lifts. The listing implies the hot tub is included but actually this is extra as we were surprised to find out during our stay. Would also recommend to the hosts that a review of kitchenware is undertaken. There were not enough knifes for food preparation or wine glasses for number of occupants allowed in the Chalet as an example."

"We spend a week with three families in this house and everything was perfect. House is located near Mittersill, which makes it ideal to explore many nearby ski areas - Kitzbuhl, Wildkogel, Zillertal and Kaprun. The house offers plenty of things to do for kids - pool table, ps4, gaming tables. There is more than enough room for 3 families. Hosts are very hospitable and responsive."

"Just 15 min and you willfind yourself in zellamsee downtown. We would never forget our great moments at this chalet. we had fan and an amazing week there. It is neat, clean and has wide spaces, and beautiful balconies. It seems very new for me. Actually, I felt that We are the first family who occupies the place . furniture is my favourite type of furniture, simple, modern and classic. "This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. Shower is beautiful, kitchen area is great, beds comfortable, and really nice coffee maker setup. The area is not particularly walkable,...
