220 sqm Villa with swimming pool and over ten hectares of land, immersed in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, just 25 km away from the renowned beach of Alberese.
The villa is located on a "poggio" full of olive trees, and in a panoramic position. The village of Istia d'Ombrone (shops, restaurant, pharmacy) is about 10 km away. Grosseto, the capital of the Maremma, is 10 km away too.
Villa’ style is rustic and elegant, with 10 sleeps, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a covered parking lot.
We recommend the following excursions in the area: Uccellina Natural Park at 20 km, the sea (Marina di Alberese), Terme di Saturnia at 40 km, Natural WWF Oasis of Orbetello at 40 km (where you can get horseback riding excursions and canoeing), Siena at 79 km.
The villages on the Apennine ridge that runs along the Tyrrhenian Sea are full of historical and gastronomic appeal: e.g. Magliano, Pereta, Pitigliano, Scansano known for its many wine bars, Massa Marittima and its cathedral, and the historic ports on the sea such as Porto Ercole, Talamone, Orbetello and Castiglione della Pescaia.

Swimming Pool is available from May to October.
