You can also employ a barbecue during the evenings and relish some delicious grilled food. The village of Altenfeld is surrounded by forests and has an extensive network of cross-country trails. For your daily shopping, go to Groß Breitenbach, as there is only one butcher and one restaurant with a GDR atmosphere in Altenfeld. The home has an eat-in kitchen equipped with all kitchen utensils, a living room with TV and sound box and various games for rainy days. A particularly nice spot is the seat by the rippling water of the Rotbach under a weeping willow in the garden. You should park your car in the parking lot 80 m away.
