Chalet in Grossarl with sauna near ski area

This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located right outside the well-known and lively town of Grossarl in Salzburgerland at an altitude of 1050 meters. The location is truly unique. Lovely in the sun, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

This chalet has a very nice living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms, a balcony and a bathroom. The chalet also offers a heated ski cellar. After a day of hiking or skiing, you can relax in the sunny garden with beautiful views or in the in-house wellness area, which is equipped with a large sauna, multi-person bathtub, waterfall showers and loungers. You can park directly at the chalet.

In Großarl you can expect an untouched landscape in the Großarltal, the village character of the two communities of Großarl and Hüttschlag and the ambience of a modern winter sports region with a snow-sure ski area. There are a total of 70 kilometers of slopes and 17 lifts on the Großarltal - Dorfgastein ski area. The Großarltal is a member of Ski amade - Austria's largest skiing area with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes and 270 lifts.

An active region like the Grossarltal impresses with a large selection of sports and leisure opportunities such as hiking with 400 kilometers of hiking trails or biking with 140 kilometers of signposted mountain bike routes and bike trails. In summer, the outdoor pool in the Grossarl leisure center offers lots of swimming fun!

Super Lage, tolle Größe
Das Haus bietet für zwei Familien ordentlich Platz. Die Einrichtung ist zweigeteilt, einerseits moderne Bäder und Wellnessbereich, andererseits alte Küche mit sehr kleinem Herd für die Personenbelegung und old-fashioned Möbel in den Wohn und Schlafzimmern. Betten sind mit 80cm sehr schmal. Die Sauna lässt sich mit dem zu kleinen Ofen nicht über 60 Grad bringen. Ansonsten super Lage, beste Kommunikation über das Hotel nebenan, wo man auch Elektroautos laden kann. Wegen der old-fashioned Möbel und engen Betten nur 4 Sterne, da man für den Preis eine bessere Austattung erwartet.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Aussichtslage
Wir haben uns zu siebt (5 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Saunabereich kann man sich nach einer Bergwanderung wunderbar entspannen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft wir waren mit 12 Personen da und es war alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckend war der Wellnessbereich. Einziger negativ Punkt war wir hatten 3 Tage keine Heizung und mussten den Holzofen sehr stark befeuern damit wir Bissl warm hatten. Holz hat nicht gereicht aber der meganette Hausmeister der nebenan wohnt hat sich sehr bemüht den Schaden so schnell wie möglich zu beheben aber sowas kann ja mal passieren warte nun was Belvilla dazu meint Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch in Grossarl ist ein Schlitten und skilernbereich sehr schön gemacht und man kann sich dort den ganzen Tag verweilen vor allem kostenlos großes Lob

Alles war sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe im Hotel problemlos. Das Haus ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind alle neu und die Küche bietet alles, um auch mit bzw. für viele Leute zu kochen. Der Saunabereich ist auch sehr schön. Die Anfahrt über eine schmale und steile Berstraße ist im Winter nicht ganz einfach. Der nächste Skilift ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt keine Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Insgesamt ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert.

Accommodatie was prima We waren met 12 personen, Was voor 12 personen uitstekend te doen. Wat ook heel praktisch is dat er een restaurant tegenover is waar men uitstekend eten kan en gastvrij ontvangen wordt. Enig nadeel van de locatie is dat men altijd met auto of taxi naar grossarl moet. Verder keurig net huis en uitstekende faciliteiten. kortom super vakantie gehad

Een prachtig huis met luxe wellness ruimte. In de keuken voor 12 personen een kleine oven, geen magnetron. Prachtig uitzicht over de bergen. Op loopafstand een goed restaurant met vriendelijke bediening. Niet ver van de skipiste. Wel sneeuwkettingen meenemen.

Een schoon huis met veel ruimte, heerlijke bedden, frisse inrichting/sanitair/keuken en fantastische sauna ruimte. Het uitzicht is erg mooi, blijft een feest om 'gewoon' naar buiten te kijken. In het hotel dat vlakbij ligt is het goed toeven voor een maaltijd of drankje, vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel. Er zijn genoeg wandelmogelijkheden of bergbanen (tip koop 'salzburgerland karte'!!), binnen een straal van half uur rijden. Echt een aanrader dit huis!

Wir waren das erste Mal in Großarl. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoß ist trotz Heizung etwas kühl. Schade ist, dass kein Brennholz im Haus ist, wir mussten es im Lagerhaus selber kaufen. Das Mitbringen von Handtüchern ist ebenfalls etwas mühsam. Der Zufahrtsweg zum Haus ist bei starker Schneelage sehr schwierig, es macht wirklich Sinn Schneeketten anzulegen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist absolut ausreichend, es gibt genug Geschirr und Gläser. Wir haben in Großarl eine herrliche Schiwoche verbracht.
