"It is a lovely hotel located outside the city. We especially enjoyed dinner in the restaurant where we had authentic German food. Our only concern was that it was hot outside and the room did not have air conditioning. We opened the windows and there was a beautiful breeze, but the flies kept coming in! I’d give the hotel 5 stars if they had screens on the windows."

"Gutes Hotel, zentral in Zinnowitz und in Strandnähe. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sauberes Zimmer mit etwas in die Jahre gekommener Einrichtung. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Spa/Saunabereich schließt täglich 18:00 Uhr (speziell in der Wintersaison sehr Service-unfreundlich), extra Gebühr (10 €/Tag) fürs Parken und die Zeitspanne für den Checkout (10:00 Uhr, wohingegen Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr möglich ist). "Das „Hotel“ sind ca. 6 Zimmer im Bungalow neben einer großen Tennishalle mit Sauna und Fitnessstudio, die sicherlich schon vor dem „Hotel“ da waren. Im neu ergänzten Wintergarten gibt es Frühstück. Das heißt man muss vom Zimmer nach draußen (Jacke / Regenschirm) um zum Frühstück / Sauna zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist für 16€ wirklich viel zu teuer, denn die Auswahl ist karg, die Brötchen teils steinhart, dh mindestens vom Vortag. In der Sauna hing den ganzen Abend ein Mitarbeiter (bekleidet)...
