"Basically an un-manned hotel. The cards issued by the check-in machine would not open the door for myself or others. I had to wait until another customer inside the building walked by the glass door and beckon them to come over and open it. "

Vor dem Einchecken war Müll in einem Schrank (einschließlich einer Fischverpackung, die sehr schlecht roch). Der Eingang zum Hotel ist sehr leicht zu übersehen. "The stay was great! Very friendly hosts that went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The only thing I'd say is to be sure you plan ahead if you will rely on public transportation, as bus schedules can be limited on weekends/evenings. Additionally, securing a rideshare can be difficult as well due to the remote location. However, if you speak German, it's rather easy to call the RMV to reserve busses after hours, but you must do so 60 minutes in advance :) Overall a great experience and...

"Die Unterkunft (eher Wohnung) ist gross, sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, und liegt nur ein paar Meter vom malerischen Dorfplatz entfernt. Kaum zu glauben, dass es trotzdem so ruhig war, dass wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Da fällt mir nichts ein, was hätte besser sein können."

"Nice people, and the basic food was good, comfort food. It hit the spot for us. However, the room left much to be desired. If those were sheets on the bed, it's not what I expect. They were more like mattress covers, and thread bare at that. I would eat there again, but I would not spend the night. Just being honest."

"Wir haben insgesamt 5 Tage im Glattbacher Hof verbracht und waren mit dem Aufenthalt sowie den gesamten Begleitumständen rundum zufrieden. Der Check-In verlief freundlich und zügig. Die von uns angemietete Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand. Alle für den Aufenthalt notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden und es fehlte an nichts. "Was so quiet we could not believe it . And there was a full moon . Good to get away from it all Staff delightful . Slow internet so enjoy the peacefulness. Great breakfast! Had a shower head malfunction but we fixed ourselves. Would have liked a few more signs on road to get there. Not all rooms have kitchen or Cabnets . Need to let owner know if can’t do stairs .( 4 people master in loft with attic stairs )"
