"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

"This is a very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. A lovely space to come back to after a tiring day exploring the city, and just as nice to stay in when it rains. Immaculately clean, and perfectly appointed - everything the traveller needs for a comfortable stay in Genoa. "This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "

"Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises...

"This is our second time staying here. This trip was for 14 days. It’s a fantastic apartment in an amazing location. So close to everywhere either by walking, metro or bus! "La casa è davvero molto carina, pulita e ben arredata, è adatta secondo me per un viaggio di coppia di qualche giorno. La zona purtroppo non è un granché, ma è a pochi passi dal centro e dalla piazza De Ferrari, quindi la consiglio come punto di appoggio per girare"
