Arrived at location on day of reservation, lockbox opened, but no key inside -- left stranded. Unable to contact host. Hotels.com provided alternate comfy hotel -- after 2 hours of delays and calling. Scammers that probably couldn't make it on the airbnb website. Very dissatisfied! Hotels.com should deal with hotels and not list possible scammers."

"The basic creature comforts are there, and it is quite spacious. The wifi died one day, but they had it restored quickly. There were a few light bulbs that did not work, so they need to get those replaced as it was a little dark. A fan would be a nice addition, as the air flow is not great if its hot. A microwave would also be a nice touch. On the plus side, there was an exhaust fan I the bathroom to hell with the moisture, as so many others do not. We would stay here again ! The one tiny thing I didn’t like is a slightly over-engineered Wi-Fi limited to 3Mb/1Mb, the owner helped me however resolve some difdiculties I had. I think you can purchase the “premium” Wi-Fi which would probably be faster, but I didn’t try that."
