About the holiday accommodation
This charming modern house has been completely renovated in 2017. With floor heating, new kitchen, new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen it feels like home to come immediately. Ideal for small families (maximum 4 persons) or just with two. There is a large kingsize-bedt on the ground floor and 2 single bed's on the 1st floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, water cooker and Nespresso coffee machine. There are plates, glasses and cutlery. The spacious bathroom has a shower, double sink, toilet and washer and dryer. You can use from the large terrace in front of the home or small enclosed terrace on the side. Parking is easy and free at the door on site. WiFi is also available for free.

All daily facilities can be reached within a 2-minute walk (including a bakery, restaurants, etc.) There is also a bicycle rental available in the center of Groet. Luxus ist was anderes
Wir waren doch recht enttäuscht, da das Objekt dem Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis nicht entspricht. Es handelt sich um die billigste Ausstattung, die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Besonders sauber war das Objekt auch nicht, besonders in den Schränken. Wir würden das Objekt nicht nochmal buchen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, aber feinen Ferienhaus. Es ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Sitzecken: eine Terrasse vor dem Haus mit Loungemöbeln sowie eine kleine Terrasse seitlich mit Esstisch und Stühlen. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Stellplatz für zwei Pkw. Die beiden Betten auf der offenen ersten Etage sind eher für Kinder geeignet; ein großer Erwachsener kann dort nicht aufrecht stehen und es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank o.ä. Für unsere beiden erwachsenen Töchter war dies aber für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt völlig ok. Das Haus ist ruhig und sehr gut gelegen, zentral im Ort und nahe des wunderschönen Dünenreservats. Wir würden es jederzeit und gerne wieder buchen.

Het huisje ligt in een rustig deel van een woonwijk. Voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Heel dicht bij de duinen. Naar het strand ongeveer 2 kilometer lopend of met fiets. Tips, tochtstroken bij voordeur plaatsen en koffiecups apart scheiden bij afval en laten recyclen

Kurzer Familienurlaub über Silvester
Wir waren 5 Tage dort (inkl. An- und Abreise) die Unterkunft war sauber und passte genau für 3 Personen. Bis auf eine Teekanne hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ok, zu Fuß zum Strand dauert jedoch und ist mit Auto oder Rad besser. Ein Spar ist zu Fuß erreichbar sowie ein Bäcker. Einen Minuspunkt hatte die Unterkunft - da diese anscheint frisch gestrichen wurde, war der Farb- und Lackgeruch noch sehr deutlich zu riechen die ganze Zeit.. Aber im ganzen ein nettes kleines Häuschen.
