"Alot better than last time I stayed. My room air flooded and had wet carpet smell. Syaff kept coming put sheets and towels on the floor and NO compensation was given. Couldnt sleep bc it was hot."

Only a very few restaurants and not one served decaf coffee. Had to go to Buffalo to get a cup of decaf coffee. We won’t stay in Groesbeck again.

When I first booked my room Amanda called to notify me I had booked a smoking room and asked if I intended to do that. I felt she went above and beyond to confirm what I needed which was indeed a non-smoking room. She also kept breakfast late for us.
