"We went to Hamburg for a family weekend and stayed for 3 nights. Villa Viva was perfect for us with walking distance to most and safe neighborhood. It was fairly quiet and the breakfast was healthy. My kids missed the bacon. The room we had was large and there is no TV which allowed us more time to talk. WiFi was great! "

"The hotel was very modern and stylish. It is located in a park so is very quiet at night. The reception staff was great and efficient. The rooms are big and the beds are huge and very comfortable though maybe a bit too high. There is a big tv, a small fridge, a kettle and tea/ coffee and bottle water available in the room, so it is really above the average 4☆ hotels. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub which l had requested, so it was fantastic helpful. There is a hairdryer and en iron! So...

"The hotel had a unique vibe and decor. I enjoyed it, but it might not be for everyone. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet greatly. There was a nice variety of food available and they would cook an omelet to order if you wanted one. My omelet was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"My stay at the Reichshoft Hamburg was excellent. The hotel is centrally located just across from the Hamburg Central Station and other amenities in the city. The front desk staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean, and everything in it functioned as expected. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to travel to the airport or if you want to travel by rail to other parts of Germany or Europe. I will definitely stay at the Reichshoft again."

"Firstly, the location was perfect for us. We landed at Hamburg and one direct train took us to within 2 minute walk to the front door. It is close to the alt stadt and harbour area, which we frequented, but it is actually quite central to a lot of stuff. The hotel was very nice. Check in was a breeze and the room was a good size with everything that we needed. The only negative, it was quite a warm room, but hindsight, i think there was some temperature control we could have played around...

"The overall atmosphere of the hotel was superb! I really like that it has a library. Other amenities such as sauna and gym are available too! However, as an Expedia platinum I didn't receive any VIP Perks or treatment. Hopefully expedia and the hotel work together more about this."
