The location was great—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything I needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and helpful. "The hotel is well maintained and feels fresh and comfortable. We slept exceptionally well, despite the noise from rowdy guests in the hall. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The breakfast was not included. However, we are tired of rubbery egg and pork sausage breakfast and so we welcome the opportunity of not paying for it in the room price and having the breakfast we want. Ok, the area in the hotel is basically a parking lot, but we did not care."

"Communication with the host to the lead up was sketchy at the very least I had to chase them for responses… The check-in was even sketchier as the host would not respond until I asked them repeatedly about checking times… You only find out one hour prior to check in about how to check in, how to get the keys, and what to do ..as this is a condo it requires many steps … Then I found out there was no check-in information sent to me as promised one hour prior… I could not contact the host… The phone number is non-workable for contact… I called VRBO because I thought the place was a scam posting until 30 minutes after the check in time I was given the information via text.. The condo itself is lovely and was fine for three adults however I was very disappointed to find out that the master bathroom was completely not useable for our entire five day stay …the tub shower did not work and was broken. The sink latch plug was also broken so you couldn’t fill a sink up with water to wash in because the tub was broken so everybody had to resort to using one of the small bathrooms. Host couldn’t fix it and told me they couldn’t find anyone to repair it over my 5 day stay during Christmas. My only suggestion is to check everything prior to, and if it doesn’t work, get the VRBO to give you another rental immediately because this made our stay very painful for three people confined to one bathroom when I had paid for the use of two"
