It is in the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, that this pretty Provencal villa at the foot of the village of Grimaud awaits you for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
Installed in a quiet location on a landscaped plot of 2000m2 with private heated and secure swimming pool, with wide beaches not overlooked, its pool house, this villa of 240m2 of living space, welcomes you in:
- its entrance hall with toilet area for guests.
- its spacious living room with beautiful fireplace and its dining room overlooking the terrace.
- its fully equipped Provencal kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace.
- Upstairs: master bedroom with full bathroom and private terrace, dressing room, 2 bedrooms with shower room and 1 bedroom with private shower room. 2WC.

For more comfort during your stay, a swimming pool specialist maintains the pool once a week, and the green areas are maintained by a gardener.

Reservation during school holidays from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 days, outside school period possibility of renting with arrivals and departures during the week, after request and agreement with the owner.

St Tropez Villa
This is an excellent villa and surroundings. Garden and pool area are just perfect for a family retreat near the village of Grimaud. Villa was well stocked and in excellent condition. would highly recommend.

Great summer holiday
We spent three weeks at the house and loved it. It is very well organized, nothing is missing and extremely well kept. The salt water pool was certainly a highlight. Least but not last, Magali was extremely helpful and responsive.

The perfect family holiday
Beautiful property in an excellent location. The villa is equipped with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. Within a few minutes drive of local supermarket and farmers market and a short drive to the very beautiful village of Grimaud. Highly recommended.

Top Unterkunft in bester Lage
Wir waren 3 Paare und alle waren mehr als zufrieden. Grosse Zimmer mit guten Matratzen, gut ausgestattete Küche die wir täglich genutzt haben. Auch der grosszügige Aussenbereich ist zweckmässig und der Pool war wie alles sehr sauber. Uns hat einzig eine Aussendusche gefehlt. Besten dank an Magali und Romain. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Des vacances en famille inoubliables! Une villa exceptionnelle, très grande, lumineuse, avec un extérieur qui fait rêver! La villa a tout ce qu’il faut, extrêmement bien équipé vous ne manquerez de rien! Les Halles de grimaud pour acheter des provisions fraîches sont à côté (5min à pieds) ainsi que l’Intermarché ! La villa est bien situé à proximité du village de grimaud qui est splendide et de la plage en voiture (5min)! Encore pour à Mr et Mme Joly et à Magali pour leur accueil chaleureux et pour nous avoir permis de vivre 15 jours dans un havre de paix! Je recommande à 100% et je pense que nous reviendrons l’année prochaine !

Wir haben eine Woche mit der Familie in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus war sehr sauber ,sehr gepflegt geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch liegt es sehr gut um Ausflüge nach Saint-Tropez oder Port Grimaud zu machen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen *****

Paradijs in Grimaud
Dit vakantiehuis is prachtig. Ik kom al jaren in zuid Frankrijk en heb al veel huizen gezien en dit is zeker een aanrader. Zeer compleet, ruim, comfortabel. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooi zwembad, grote tuin met heerlijke ligbedden. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door Magaly, mooie fruitmand en rosé,m stonden klaar, zeer attent. Huis is ook prima gelegen tov bv de drukke wegen naar St Tropez. Wij komen graag weer terug! Liselotte

Merveilleuse expérience
Nous étions quatre adultes et trois enfants de 1 à 4 ans à séjourner dans cette merveilleuse villa. Nous ne pouvons que la recommander. La villa est magnifique (encore plus belle qu’en photo), tant à l’intérieur qu’à l'extérieur, tout le matériel mis à disposition est de qualité et même pensé pour les enfants. Petits cadeaux aussi à l’arrivée. Très apprécié. L’emplacement est idéal à quelques pas d’un petit centre commercial et des Halles de Grimaud. Et en prenant la voiture 7min, on trouve un Géant. Idéal. Port Grimaud, Saint-Tropez et Ste Maxime sont très proches. Last but Not least, Magali qui s’occupe de nous sur place est adorable et très à l’écoute si besoin. Seul hic, l’oubli de l’allumage du chauffe-eau à notre arrivée. Dès qu’il en a été informé, le propriétaire a pris la peine de nous appeler immédiatement et de s’excuser. Il nous a ensuite expliqué comment l’allumer. Ce petit souci a donc été réglé très rapidement et tout s’est bien passé. Tout cela pour dire que même s’il y a un tout petit souci, on s’occupe de vous immédiatement. Et cela n’a rien gâché du tout! Nous ne pouvons donc que recommander très chaudement cette merveilleuse villa. Nous y reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir. Merci aux propriétaires et à Magali. Que du bonheur!

Erholsame Frühlingsferien in wunderschöner Villa und Umgebung
Wir haben schon oft unsere Familienferien in Süd-Frankreich verbracht. Zum ersten Mal jedoch im April und in Grimaud. Wir hatten fröhliche Ferien und waren rundum begeistert. Haus, Umgebung und das nahe gelegene Dorf haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang von Magali freundlich und angenehm. Man fühlte sich richtig Willkommen. Das Haus ist hübsch und grosszügig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an gar nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder an diesen Ort zurück.

Très belle villa, belles prestations
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette villa très bien équipée. Piscine sécurisée pour les enfants, cuisine disposant des 2 frigos et de tous ses accessoires, possibilité de garer largement plus de 3 véhicules, belles pièces de vie, bien située par rapport à Grimaud et Saint-Tropez . Nous relouerons probablement cette villa.

Belle villa avec un grand confort
