Accommodates 20 to 23 guests. 2 options: 8 bedrooms and 5 shower rooms or 7 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms (see breakdown of bedrooms and beds). Peace, charm and leisure: barbecue, outdoor dining room, 3 terraces (west, south, north facing).

1.5 km from the medieval village of Grignols, birthplace of the Talleyrand Périgord family. 8 km from the A89 motorway exit (Neuvic - St.Astier). All comforts: dining room, 2 lounges, billiards and games room, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave), washing machine, TV, Cable/Satellite, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi. 4 wooden fireplaces....

On-site activities: swimming pool (12x6), secure, mixed French/American billiards, mini soccer pitch, petanque pitch, volleyball court, table tennis, children's swing and games and 1 children's dipoline, forest walks, mushroom picking... For sports enthusiasts: hiking, cycling (bring your own bike or rent one in Périgueux), canoeing...
