"positiv: host is very kind view is exceptionnel (straight view of the mont ventoux) no direct neighbour quiet neighbourhood great pool 11m long House outside looks like on the pictures. negativ: more than 5min walk to get to the center of Vaison-la-Romaine beds are not very comfortable ( mattress maybe too old?) air conditioning is only one unit! Not enough to keep the temperature pleasant. Above all when there are 40+ degrees…even at 30+ the air conditioning had some problems to cool down....

"We really enjoyed our stay. It's a nice house, well equipped, clean and with a walled outside area which was great for our dog. The pool is great and the air conditioning came in handy on the last, very hot day. The location in the Villages-du-Rhône is great. We could get everywhere we wanted to go within a 20min drive. The village itself is small and quiet with two superb wineries within easy walking distance. A 5min drive will get you to Toullette with a super marché and a range of smaller...

"The home is modern and out in a country setting away from the crowds but close enough to so many beautiful small villages only minutes away. Mme Paquette is friendly and available but gives you privacy. No doubt the photo of the pool is very accurate and center piece of the vacation, you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy….we did!"

"A fantastic property!! The house was well equipped, well presented and very clean. The property felt very private with it’s own excellent pool and driveway. Phillipe, the owner, lives behind the house and we thought he was brilliant! Helpful, friendly, informative but in no way intrusive. The house is perfectly situated. We visited Avignon, Nîmes, the Ardèche and the beaches of the south coast which were an hour and a half away. There is excellent river swimming on the doorstep and the cascades...

"The property had a very modern style and was well suited to a family that wanted a good sized house with room for both inside and outside living. The pool was excellent in terms of size and provided a welcomed break from the sunny days outside. The air conditioning and blinds provided a cool temperature in the house and also a level of security. Set in a location close to the main roadways and near to local shops and amenities I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the property for exploring...

Grande piscine pour nous rafraîchir qui a fait le bonheur de tous. Village très proche et supérette locale bien pratique. Qu’ajouter ? "We spent 10 days in this lovely property in September 2024. The house is brand new and has all the amenities you can wish for. Three lovely bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room and a separate toilet. The glass doors in the kitchen fully opens to a lovely private terrace and garden with a very nice swimming pool. The house also has an automated gated entry and a garage which makes you feel safe. The village of Faucon has a bakery and two restaurants and the nearest grocery shop is 8 minutes...
