"So good!! Spotlessly clean, friendly/knowledgeable staff (who speak fluent English), great little studio apartment with all the amenities. Lucas was awesome during check in and when I needed anything! Gustavo was helpful at checkout. I love the Brazilian themed decor and there’s all kinds of storage with dishes, tools etc to make your stay that much nicer. I thought it was a great value for the price but I may have just gotten a good deal through the booking site I used. Don’t hesitate, you’ll love it!!"

"The hotel room was great. Very nice size, modern, and clean. The only problem we had was finding the hotel since it isn't like a typical hotel in Germany. The front door is just like a little shop window and the rooms are in other buildings behind it so it was hard to find. Other than that, the hotel was great. The hotel staff at the desk spoke English well enough too. "

"A typical eighties experience. Nice hotel with nice staff, but the place is somewhat vintage. The TV is difficult to operate, wifi is close to non-existent, fans are loud. To reach your room you have to negotiate many stairs. But the price is right considering the location."

"I had a great experience at NYCE Ulm. The front desk team spoke English well, which made the check-in process quick and comfortable. My queen room was a good size space, newly appointed, and clean. Parking is limited in the hotel garage and costs €15/night so call ahead to see if you can also reserve parking. With some luck I found spaces on the surrounding streets (Straße). The hotel is a short drive to the beautiful city center/high street and the Danube. Oh and breakfast was very nice, so check it out at least once. "

"Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."
