To describe Griante who better to enlist than none other than Longfellow wrote of this pretty village in 1879. I ask myself is this a dream? Will it vanish into air? Is there a land of such supreme and perfect beauty anywhere? Holidaymakers who have visited the region will no doubt bare testimony to the statement. Cadennabia and Griante forms one town, Cadennabia on the lake and Griante, a residential area perched 50 metres up the hill looking down on the lake. The residence features 9 spacious, beautifully appointed, luxury homes situated in a tranquil location. Choose from 2 or 3 bedrooms many with 2 bathrooms, terrace plus large communal outside area featuring pool in summer plus all year round sauna and jacuzzi. Ideally located to reach nearby Villa Carlotta with its majestic gardens, Bellagio directly across the lake, the Cadennabia and Menaggio golf club, shingle beach, lido and pool and golden sand beach all available either by foot or a short drive.

ideally located for families with young children.
The home is located on 2 levels, ground and in ground with use of the communal garden and pool. Features include satellite TV, widescreen TV and DVD player.
3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 twin room plus sofabed for 2 more guests. 2 bathrooms with shower and w.c, 1 on each floor.
Private individual kitchen with all mod cons inc dishwasher plus washing machine available for private use.

Very enjoyable stay
Lovely, clean and modern apartment with all necessary amenities for a self catered stay. The pool was well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again! We had excellent communication with Matteo about how to find the apartment and tips for places nearby to eat and visit. Would recommend paying for the WiFi at the apartment as phone reception in the area is quite weak.

Appartement spacieux et calme. Les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux. A noter que 2 chambres se trouvent en sous sol, et que la piscine est peu profonde .

Très bel appartement, très bien situé pour visiter la région
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement spacieux et très pratique. Une toute petite remarque : il faudrait un peu plus de matériel de cuisine (remarque d’un français !!) mais ce n’est rien par rapport à la qualité du bien.Merci à Matteo !

Das Appartement ist neu und sauber. Leider ist es Untergeschoß feucht und es riecht nach Schimmel. Das war ein wenig schade. Am Pool gab es zeitweise nicht genügend Platz, obwohl die Ferienanlage nicht ausgebucht war. Auch gab es nur einen Sonnenschirm für alle.

Schönes und großes Appartment 4 in top Lage
netter Kontakt zum Owner. Schlüsselübergabe, allgemeine Infos zur Umgebebung, Restaurants wurden direkt mitgegeben. Appartment 4 groß, sauber und hell. Perfekte Lage mit Kinder, da man direkt vom Wohnbereich auf die Terrasse und zum Pool kommt. Griante ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um etliche Sehenwürdigkeiten zu besichtigen oder Ausflüge zu machen. Es war sehr schön! Einzig allein zu bemängeln ist, das die umgrenzenden Bäume sehr hoch sind, und man von den unteren Wohnungen kaum die umliegenden Berge, geschweige denn den See sieht.
