We are in Greve, a stone's throw from Florence, in the most authentic heart of Tuscany, immersed in the enchanting scenery of the Chianti hills.
Holiday Apartment Alessandro is located in the center of Greve in Chianti, a few steps from the main square of the town. It is an excellent solution for those seeking the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside without giving up the convenience of having all the services, shops, restaurants, tourist and cultural attractions available.
The accommodation is furnished in typical Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, large-screen TV.
A large outdoor area shared with the other apartments of the structure is equipped with a mini-pool with hydromassage, a sun terrace, a large patio and a barbecue, to spend moments of relaxation and conviviality in the open air between a refreshing bath, an aperitif, a barbecue under the sky clear of the uncontaminated countryside. The mini-pool is not heated so it is open and usable during the hottest season.

Florence is located approximately 30 km away and is easily reachable by bus; the bus stop is right in front of the house.

A few steps from the accommodation you can find a motorcycle and bicycle rental.

Street parking is permitted. The spaces in front of the house are subject to a fee from 9:00 to 20:00 (1 euro/hour or 6 euros for the whole day); Free parking spaces are available within walking distance of the house.

A great and exclusive privilege of the guests of Casa Malvasia is that of also being special guests of one of the most typical restaurants in the area. In fact, Alessandro, in addition to being the owner of the apartment, is also the owner of the restaurant-pizzeria-wine bar "La Cantina" which is located right next to the accommodation.
