Whilst you pay for the quality, you also get tickets to the attractions, various nice free products in the room, and the attention to quality and detail is second to none. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and assist with absolutely anything. After staying in 1000 hotels in 40 countries, I just can't fault the place."
