"The place was great. Lots of room, nicely redone. However, the details of the place are mis advertised. It said there was WiFi, there was none. It said there was a pool, there was none. It said there are 4 rooms, there are only 3. The other sleeping area is in a hall way or on a mezzanine above the living room, so no privacy. It is a perfect place for 6 people but if you have 8 then 2 will be in common areas. The kitchen was well equipped with enough pots and pans and other things to feed an...

Hors pour y accéder il faut entrer chez la propriétaire et lui envoyer un message pour demander l’accès qui est impossible quand la propriétaire n’est pas là. "This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

Dream experince

"This hotel is beside the Hotel Tannenhof which is the lobby you go to to check in. Hotel Alpina is the epitome of what you would expect for a swiss hotel stay. I loved everything about it. The room with a balcony, the elevator with its quirks, and the community guest area. Highly recommend taking the Matterhorn Glacier Express to get the most amazing mountain views. October also provided jaw dropping colours. For me this was a dream come true stay."
