"今回はこちらのホテル二回目の滞在でした。ゴンドラの発着駅のすぐ近くで、とっても便利です。お部屋もきれいで清潔、コップやお皿類が少なかったのですが、レセプションに頼んだらすぐに持ってきてくれました。食洗器と洗濯機があれば最高です。レストランもとても美味しいですが日本人には少し多すぎるかも。来年のバカンスにも利用すると思います。"

"The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. We also went to sauna which although is small is good. Since I skied, I had a private shuttles service from the hotel to the cable way. I hope to come back!"

"Sehr sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage, exzellentes Restaurant im Basement. Inkludiertes Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und vielfältig. Immer wieder gerne."

"Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Beautiful area if you like hiking. Great spa and delicious meals. "

"A super guesthouse, really comfortable and welcoming. Ski back to hotel door and short bus ride to lifts in morning. Food was very good, there was a lounge area to sit and have a beer after skiing. Would definately go there again."

"I had a studio (north) room. It is spacious and bathroom is modern. The room has a balcony with mountain view. Full kitchen. Not far from train station but in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool is also a plus. Like the place very much."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
