"Property was great. Plenty of room. Property as described. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of towels and washcloths were available. The location was perfect for tailgating at CCU. Only suggestions I would have is some basic seasoning in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. "Rented the condo for a weekend when visiting our college son. All communication with the hosts was great, they were ultra responsive with issues when we got in. While the furniture, floors and bathrooms were clean (IMPORTANT) the drawers and things in the kitchen were not. There were some other small issues that we shared with hosts and as responsive as they were to our requests when we were there, we're sure they will have it deep cleaned. Great location for CCU and quiet neighborhood."

"We were delighted with this ocean front property, with a view of the beach and the ocean waves. We turned the A/C off at night and left the doors open to hear the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. We ate most of our meals on the small balcony. Kitchenette was convenient for meals we didn't want to eat out. Check in was easy and the parking pass much appreciated."
