"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. "If you're spending a few days in Cote d'Azur and are looking for an economic option then this property is good. The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). It could be a little cleaner but again at the price point we found our room to be great. However I...

"A very basic but clean & air-conditioned apartment right in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer, close to shops, restaurants, and bus stations. Beautiful beachs on Cagnes-sur-Mer. "Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"

"The apartment was lovely. Good location near Nice port and about 25 min walk to Cours Saleya. The check in experience was extremely frustrating. Checking in is in Cours Saleya with a very short daytime window- the staff was really unhelpful and rude. The address on the booking site is also misleading. "
