"The staff were generally helpful however David from the lobby area was particularly helpful. I requested a steamer from day one but had to appeal to David on day 3 to get one. There is an issue with house cleaning as some days you are left without towels and no coffee in the room. The mini bar was never replenished and only the second day was the bottle water replenished.
