Lors d'un séjour à Grenoble, j'ai réservé cette hôtel pour 3 nuits. La localisation est juste à côté de la gare ce qui est pratique par contre lors de l'arrivée, il restait des aliments dans le frigo qui était éteint. Suite à la première nuit, je me suis aperçu que mon matelas était rempli de puces de lit (piqûres à gogo) ..... Le frigo ne refroidissait pas, les lampes de chevet de la chambre n'était pas fonctionnelles. Bref un hôtel a éviter.

Many burned out lightbulbs in room and stairways; refrigerator didn't work; requires your own dishwashing to avoid fee, yet when I opened the cabinets most of the "clean" dishes upon my arrival weren't clean

Aucun chauffage dans l ensemble de l appartement, pas de lumière dans la chambre, traces de salissures sur la moquette et fils électriques qui sortaient du sèche serviette de la salle de bain. Inadmissible de payer 90 Euros pour passer une nuit dans de telles conditions et avec des enfants.

Hôtel mal entretenu, de nombreuses choses déglinguées (rideaux qui ne ferme pas, carrelage qui part dans la douche, ampoules grillées) Et aussi, un parking lugubre et non fermé et un accès à la réception (en étage) déplorable. L'autre établissement de Grenoble (Monbonnot) est bien meilleur.

Bonjour nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet établissement avec des collègues de travail et ce sera les seuls car la prestation des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer la mienne pas tres nette canapé très sale,ustensiles de cuisine limites pas de produits d entretiens, toilettes je préfère m abstenir...Dans l autre chambre pas de chauffage en plein mois de janvier cool!!! wifi payant à la journée en 2016 on croit rêver.

Pas digne d'un trois *
Nous avons été vraiment déçus de cet hôtel d'autant que nous avons l'habitude de voyager. Manquait une lumière près du lit et l'autre ne fonctionnait pas, la kitchenette n'avait pas de vaisselle ni de cafetière, nous avons été obligés de prendre le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel et notre surprise à été de découvrir des morceaux de verre dans le placard et l'habillage de la baignoire complètement démonté ....très très déçus, heureusement que nous dormons qu'une seule nuit car nous aurions changé d'hôtel.

En cas de dépannage uniquement....
L'hotel n'est pas entretenu : ascenseur, peintures, couloirs...et c'est la meme chose dans les chambres : Equipées de mobilier bas de gamme, cela ne va pas durer longtemps : les mitigeurs fonctionnent mal, les étanchéités laissent à désirer, etc...seul le chauffage marche très bien !
