"Booked at last minute for our driver who had to spend a night there. I payed at the point of booking and driver was charged at checkout too. Originally the driver was given a room with no AC and no possibility to open a window. Had to complain to be moved to another room. Do not go there…."

"A friend and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. After the first night, we were asked to leave our key at the desk so that housekeeping could get into the room. When we got back to the hotel at the end of the day, the woman at the desk could not find our key. She used the master key to enter our room and found another girl in the room - along with our wallets, passports, and all of our belongings.
