"This property advertised free wifi, but NO wifi was in any of the rooms. Also the heater for the room was controlled by the owner via a timer, which was only on for a couple of hours in the evening. We were freezing all night long. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. Expedia need to check on their hotel choices before offering them."

"Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. The train was easy to navigate, and allowed us to leave our car at Tenuta Cusmano every day, so as to avoid the ZTLs. We stayed three nights. "Nice setup rooms in Resort Park style. Birds singing most of the time reminding of natural country. Only issue is that even with one week stay, we had to empty the garbage ourselves but that is not a huge problem since the bins are located close to our room. Overall very nice and we will definitely stay in “Hu Roma properties “ if we come back to Italy."

40th Birthday Trip

"We stayed here for my 40th birthday trip. The service was exemplary the entire trip. They even let us check-in a couple of hours early without additional charge. There are free drinks and snacks that are replenished. The restaurant food was delicious and the location is ideal being so close to the train station."
