Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
No coffee maker. Toaster and Oven Shorted out on use. Took 2 days for mgt. to fix. Full sheets on queen bed. sink strainers wouldn't hold water. No tv or internet as advertised. Cobwebs visible throughout the dwelling. NASTY shower & broken toilet seat. This rental should not be on your listing. Overall a total disaster in the making. Very unsafe electrical. Mgt not concerned with my issues.
We booked a small quaint cabin, but had to switch to a larger cabin on the outskirts of town. The place we chose had a wasp nest in the kitchen and the water throughout was brown/copper colored. The company was accommodating and quickly found another cabin, but not like the one we wanted.
The cabin we rented was very clean. Greer Resort was beautiful.
The cabin we stayed in was very nice, clean. A bit small but it served our purpose.

Ready to return to nature
Pros: moderately stocked kitchen, lots of light, nice deck with chairs, table with umbrella, and grill.
Cons: It was a very windy weekend and the windows and door were not sealed well which made lots of noise and kept us awake; structure itself didn't feel secure; bed had 2 live spiders and other debris on sheets; water smelled like sulfur so we had to buy our on water.
Overall: unless you are ready to rough it do not choose this cabin.
Worth maybe $50/night.
No towels, had to go to springerville to buy towels. Needed to let the water run for a good 15 minutes to get the rust out of the pipes. The floors were dirty. The gas fitting for the propane grill leaked propane. Overall it was a great little cabin, but when they say rustic they mean it. We left coffee filters, there were none. Left some seasoning, coffee, trash bags, etc.

Greer cabins
Cabins were in a great location. Only thing I found was that they are not kept up. I need to be remodeled or just fix some of the broken items. the porch has a lot of rotten wood and needs to be replaced. Location was great overseen the meadow of little Colorado River.

Definitely funky
This cabin is located in the meadow on the west side of town, about 2/10s of a mile south of the Molly Butler, walking distance to The Rendevous. The deck is nice in the evening. Pros: good kitchen setup with electric stove, microwave, etc. Cons: sink in bathroom too small to get your hands under the faucet, cramped dining area. There were a few things that needed fixing--the refrigerator froze everything even at a low setting, the mirror in the bathroom was too high for me to see my face. But it was clean and the well located.
