"We got this room because of price point and proximity to Arrowhead Stadium. Exterior is dated and parking lot rough. Our window view was out at round level looking up a bare hill. The room was ok, older up date. We only used it to sleep and it was relatively quiet, it is about a block off of a main street. Bright side was the wonderful lady running the breakfast, always made conversation and left us smiling."

"I think that they had sprayed the tub and shower stall with some kind of coating, about half was all peeled off. The vent in the bathroom was hanging down and the trim boards were broken and need painted. The mattress was very hard, even for my husband who likes a firm mattress."

It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out.
