Only cautions, the unit is a third story walk-up, which maybe a concern for those with limited mobility; rooms are equipped with blinds that are not room darkening and morning sun in master bedroom is quite bright. "We have been vacationing in the Lewes and Rehoboth area for about 12 years and Jessica’s place is our favorite because of how well she hosts, the layout of her condo and especially the cleanliness/quick communication. The pool area is fantastic and we actually spent more time there as opposed to the beach; this too was very clean and the residents whom we met and conversed with are very nice. We look forward to returning next year and hopefully over the fall or spring. "

The pool was a nice alternative to the beach. The condo was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. The property manager was helpful and kind. "We were having work done our house that would require us to not be there for the week and finding a host that could accommodate our pets wasn’t easy. Maria came through and it couldn’t have been a better stay! The condo is very nice, clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for 4 adults. The neighborhood is very quiet. Maria was very responsive when we had questions and was very accommodating of our schedules. "

Beds were not the most comfortable (one too hard and one too soft) but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. With my bad knees and the amount of stairs, we will not be staying there again. "
