"Sweet location and they remodeled it nice. However, be warned the bar next door does loud live music and the whole building shakes. Would only reccomend to the young party crowd. Not ideal for families. The manager was nice and did try to offer a refund for a night. Not sure how many people want to hear music vibrating until 2am. Young me would not have cared. "This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!! "

"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."
