" I got back home to Vermont, with my brand new sheets I purchased because this place was disgusting, and I saw a large bedbug crawling on the pile of laundry I was waiting to bring in the house. I will be testing the process to get compensated by Motel 6, because this whole experience has been a travesty. Full review below... ------ In town for a concert and not picky about my hotel rooms. The room was filthy. Under the mattress was crumbs and food. The ceiling was falling in from water damage....

"If you have to stay in a motel, this is the one to stay in. A kind family runs it, and it’s as clean as can be. The only reason I scored my overall rating at a 4 instead of a 5 is that starting at 12 am there were gun shots that sounded super close by."

"Black Bear Lodge is the perfect place to lay your head at night after a long day of hiking and outdoor adventures! The host was very kind as she provided light breakfast each morning (fruit, tea, coffee, muffins, croissants, bottled water), and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well.
