Beautiful 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 2 bath home located on 1.5 acres. Located 5 minutes from GSP Airport and 10 min to beautiful downtown Greenville and Falls Park. Also 2 minutes from Woodruff Rd, where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping plazas. Kitchen is fully equipped and property has a BBQ Grill outside. The master suite is upstairs with it's own bathroom and extra large soaking tub. There is also a large loft area outside the master, perfect for some quite office work or a game area for the kids. Out the back door of the house is a fenced area that is secure and makes a safe place for pets.

On occasion we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This must be arranged with the owner in advance of your stay and a small additional fee may apply.

We have a 2 night minimum stay.

No parties allowed. The outside of the property is monitored by video surveillance.

Charming Cabin in the woods
Great home with a fabulous yard for family get togethers. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy since we were out most days. Super convenient to town and Extremely quiet during the night. Great little fenced in back yard and plenty of little nooks in the house to hide for some quiet time.

Family Reunion
We traveled to South Carolina to visit family and celebrate my in-laws 70th Wedding Anniversary! We had three kids, three adults, and a dog. The house was perfect for what we needed! It's in a convenient location and has plenty of space! I highly recommend this property!

perfect location for us
My husband my sister in law and I stayed with our 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was a plus. We walked in it was very clean and the pictures were very accurate to the listing. We were taking in the sights in greenville & greer plus seeing our niece in fountain inn so the location was great! Stores are very close by to do small shopping. We are hoping to come back in the fall.

My family needed a place in Greenville for a few days. Our Granddaughter was turning one and we needed room for my two adult sons, girlfriends and dogs. This home was perfect! Nice big yard plus a fenced in spot for the dogs. Privacy for all. We will book again when we are in the area, thank you!

Very convenient to everything
The home was very nice and spacious. It was located nearby to everything that we need for our visit to Greenville. The only suggestions I have are for the host to have some basic cooking items like aluminum foil and to have travel/hotel size soap and shampoo. Other than that, the place was great and we appreciate them opening their home to us.

Perfect for travelers with dogs
Our family of four and our two dogs stayed 2 nights. We were in the area for my daughter to tour Wofford. The house was just what we needed! It was very clean, spacious and current in decor. The 2 acre property gave us privacy but is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The kitchen is large and was well stocked for meals in. Our communication with the owner was great and the check-in and check- out was very easy. We would happily stay again.

Great stay!
We were pleasantly surprised as this had a huge lot and the house was nicely updated. Lots of room for the 6 of us. There is a swing on the tree which the kids loved and they enjoyed having room to run. I’d recommend pot holders and a few other things be added to the kitchen (bigger coffee pot, toaster) but the house was nicely set up. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Very Responsive Owners
We are local to the area and had to be out of our house last minute for the weekend. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to my family (me, my husband, 3 kids 13,10, and 8, and our family dog). The house had obviously been freshly deep-cleaned when we arrived and was very comfortable for us. We had an issue with a fire alarm the first night and the property owners responded immediately to our message, even though it was late on a Friday night. My kids loved the swing out front and using the basketball hoop. Linens and towels were in good shape and clean. My only complaint at all was we couldn’t find a coffee pot in the morning (but fortunately Sbux wasn’t far away).

Nice Getaway
Nice location with a rural/country feel but not far at all from town. Property was clean and large. Sets back well off the road. Chairs in eating area leave a bit to be desired. Faux leather on 2 is coming off pretty badly so we used sheets to cover them and one of the cloth chairs is loose. Otherwise, no complaints. setting was quiet and the house has plenty of room with comfortable beds and large parking area.

Christmas getaway
Nice house on large property in central location near shops and dining. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall was kitchen was lacking in some areas. Specifically, very few spoons, can opener didn’t work (handle was stripped). Not enough plates & bowls. Especially, given size of house and number of persons it’s advertised to accommodate. Also, no window shades in upstairs bedroom or bathroom. Bedroom got real bright pretty early in morning. There were Plenty of towels, linens, etc. I would stay here again.

Two week Stay
We had a wonderful two week stay at this property. It is a great place for families and it is so nice to let dogs out into the fenced area of the backyard. The tree swing is amazing-really the best we have seen. My kids will remember it forever and would have rather done that everyday than anything off the property:) We also made a fire one night in the fire pit and had s’mores. The kids loved it. Owners are very responsive and property is clean. We made some great memories here, would highly recommend it, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The kids did online school for two weeks and the internet service was great. (I do recommend a new can opener. We had a hard time getting cans open). We couldn’t have been happier here. Thank you:)

Cozy Home in a tranquil Greenville Forest
Located conveniently to restaurants and other amenities, this three bedroom, two bath home is the perfect place to stay while enjoying everything that Greenville and the surrounding area has to offer. This home with rustic appeal is located on rare acreage. It is spacious, private, and comfortable. The owners have ensured that the home is equipped with everything needed to enjoy your visit: plenty of basic necessities such as towels, sheets, and paper products; plenty of seating inside and outside in the perfectly sized enclosed courtyard; smart television in the living room and master bedroom; and all the household amenities necessary to cook and/or grill. Everything in the house is clean and in working order. The beds- two queens and a king- are comfortable. The driveway easily accommodates several cars. We appreciated the owner’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this property to families, to groups, and to people like us- two middle age empty nesters looking for plenty of space and a home away from home experience.

Great family/dog friendly home-Excellent location
Overall pretty happy with our 10 day stay. Worked well with our family including 3 pups. Fenced backyard was key though much smaller than anticipated. (About 20 feet deep and 35 feet across, half of which is cement patio area). Big front yard space with swing and basketball hoop in driveway which were used a lot. Location was within minutes to EVERYTHING. Quiet and felt safe. Neighbor close in proximity but no issues. Basic necessities, abt 6 towels, bedding provided if needed. We brought our own. Cooking pans and utensils OK could use a good non-stick pan and decent spatula. Keurig needs replaced but has an alternative coffee maker available. No cable but smart TV’s. Internet was spotty, out often and resets needed but usually up within a short time. Biggest con would be the furniture. Couches had little support and worn. Small leather chairs same. Can feel frame when sitting. No side tables but used iron barstools. The dining chairs are iron and not for sitting any length of time. Three high back upholstered chairs but again can feel frame in seat and uncomfortable. The back patio chairs broken. No outside table. Bedroom mattresses were good. A/C worked well. Bathrooms fine. Water pressure good. Did not run out of hot water. Washer and dryer worked well. Owner correspondence was good. With a few tweaks this place would be perfection! Overall it worked well.

Great space
We stayed here to offroad at Gulches OHV park for the weekend. Plenty of room to park a trailer and truck, or multiple vehicles. It was a comfortable space and the house is very useful. It's almost like being home. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing stay!
