Welcome to our quaint 2 bedroom / 2 bath Cape Cod home just minutes from downtown Greenville and downtown Travelers Rest, South Carolina. This cottage has a spacious dining room just off the kitchen, with seating for 6 and an adjoining living room with cozy fireplace. You will enjoy the separate den for watching TV, DVDs or a quiet space for reading. Just off the kitchen is a washer and dryer in the mudroom for your convenience, and a full bathroom for guests. Upstairs the master bedroom and guest room are separated by another full bathroom. A second-story deck off the kitchen overlooks a private backyard bordered by mature hardwood trees and landscaping.

Great location
We loved our stay. Our hosts were available for all questions. The location was quiet yet close to Greenville and our favorite Paris Mountain. We went to many dinners, attended a show at the Peace Center and also made it to Table Rock. All easy drives without highway traffic.

Great house close to everything.
This was the perfect place to stay to visit my son at Furman; it was so close I was able to take the short drive over to campus each morning to walk around the lake! The house was well stocked, clean, and in a great neighborhood.

Beautiful home and excellent location
The cottage was perfect for our vacation. Located near several great areas. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. We had an issue with the portable ac unit, and the owners were responsive and addressed the issue quickly. I look forward to coming back!

Gem of a house
We loved our stay at this little cottage...reminded me of a big hug from my grandmother! Comfortable beds and very clean - I wore a pair of warm socks as house shoes the whole time, and they did not get dirty!!! Home is close to everything and very quiet!

A Cottage Treasure
This home was perfect for our weekend visit. It is in a very quiet neighborhood that is close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, where we rode bikes, and close to Travelers Rest, where we shopped & ate. We will most definitely return!!

Wonderful cottage in park like setting

We usually go to Travelers Rest for memorial day to bike ride. I find this house just a few minutes from downtown and the swamp rabbit trail. Very quiet street a nice clean home.

Comfortable cottage in great location!
The cottage was comfortable, well-stocked, and very clean! The location is perfect - between Traveler’s Rest and Greenville, and close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Paris Mountain State Park, and Furman University. The back deck was a nice place to relax and read. The host was very prompt and helpful when responding to questions. Highly recommended rental!

Cozy cottage, great location!
This home is wonderful! It is cozy, very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed eating on the back deck which is under a canopy of trees. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is ideal - a short drive to Greenville or Traveller’s Rest. Communication with the owner was excellent. We look forward to renting this home again.

Enjoyed our stay at this little cottage! Very clean and owners were very responsive. Only complaint was a lack of cable tv. The streaming service was so slow that it kept freezing up so we couldn’t watch college football.

Great cottage close to Furman, Greenville and Travelers Rest
An very clean and well-kept older home in a nice, secluded residential area. Off the beaten path with a large yard, large parking area, comfortable furnishings and great linens. We enjoyed the area, the proximity to a Publix grocery store (maybe 5 minutes away) and the large dining room. The owners were easy to work with (though I did have to ask for check in-info the day of arrival) and provided some niceties that you don't normally find in VRBO homes like body-wash & shampoo, plenty of extra towels and paper products. Would absolutely rent again when in the area!

Cute, comfy cottage!
This precious space has love packed in every detail! From the welcoming snack basket to the tasteful decor, we felt the hospitality. Candis and Scott live nearby and made themselves available to us and were excellent at responding promptly to questions. The close proximity to Furman University made this home a win in every way.
