With amazing views of Moosehead Lake, this lakefront cottage sits in an ideal setting. With a large lawn, towering birch trees and open lake views, you will be inclined never to leave this Greenville property. Centrally located just one mile from downtown Greenville, the location of this vacation rental is perfect for summer and winter enjoyment: World-class snowmobiling and fishing, Squaw Ski Resort just 7 miles away and the Red Cross Beach is only 2 minutes away by foot.

Unique features of this property include a large living room with great views of the lake, a bedroom with queen size bunk beds for little kids and big kids alike, a master bedroom with en-suite and a large kitchen (with a gas range, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker requiring k-cups) and dining room each with lake views. There is also a large deck with furniture and a BBQ grill available to renters.

We also offer a canoe and kayak for our renters to use.

This lakefront vacation rental is truly a cozy and comfortable cottage for a single family, multiple families or couples, designed to ensure a great deal of fun for all.

Another great stay at Moosehead!
This was our second trip to this home and it was terrific. We had lovely spring weather and enjoyed the decks immensely. House is clean, comfy, and close to town and hiking. And we loved the easy clean up/check out process.

We had a wonderful time at our stay here. Our friend caught a 3 lb salmon ice fishing which we enjoyed that evening. The hosts were accommodating and allowed us to bring our dog last minute. Would stay here again!

This property was the perfect accommodation for our stay. Sleeping arrangements were excellent with the super cute bunk room for the kids. The large living room gave us slave to spread out. Convenient location and great view of the lake!

First visit to Moosehead
This was our first visit to the Moosehead region and the home was the perfect place to stay. Views were great, area was quiet, enjoyed watching the seaplanes, visits by deer and close proximity to the public beach, Lily State Park and town. It was perfect! Hope to visit again.

The house is large and inviting. We really enjoyed the view of a broad waterfront on Moosehead Lake and it felt private from the neighbors. We enjoyed the decks and fire pit. It was convenient to town while still feeling quiet.

Peaceful lakeside location
We loved this location and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is on a side road so it is very quiet. The dock enabled us to rent a pontoon boat and drive right up to the property. The owners are very easy going and helpful.

This was a perfect place for family. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the large deck and outdoor furniture for eating and relaxing. Appreciated the firepit and wood to build a fire. Great dock for boat!

This is our 3rd stay at Ken and Lindsey’s property on Moosehead! and we are booked for next year! So I guess that tells you how great this home is on Moosehead Lake. It definitely has it all as the listing states and definitely a 4 season home to enjoy all that the Moosehead Lake area has to offer!!

Initially we were coming up to snowmobile for the weekend. Due to the weather, we had to make last minute arrangements with a local guide and an ice house near Kineo. The location of this house is perfect and the views are amazing! Very comfortable accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. Hosts were very accommodating and responded to communication quickly. Would LOVE to stay here in the summer!

Our second stay did not disappoint.
This is our second time staying at this property and hope there will be a 3rd. It’s everything you want in a vacation at the lake. Excluding the weather, we have no complaints and had an amazing stay. Views are like no other and the daily visits by the local deer were a nice bonus. All the luxuries of home, convenient to town and great fishing spots. Thank you for your hospitality!
