The pictures are a lie. Carpet dirty and smelly. Hair on bedspread and in bathroom. Bath towels and cloths need to be replaced; balls of lint were stuck all over my body after drying off. Not what I expected from a Radisson property. Ok for a quick substandard cheap stay. I won't be staying there again.

The beding was dingie and the room wasn't the cleanest. The cleaning staff woke me with loud music while cleaning other rooms. It was not a good stay.

Positive first-- the staff was so nice and welcoming. Negative--bathroom was dirty with black mold, hair on the shower walls/floor and dirty washcloths under the vanity. The housekeeping staff comes around early although checkout isn't til noon. There are no do not disturb signs for the doors. They went room to room banging on the doors and announcing themselves. I was there on a nice day and went outside for walk. Definitely not a walkable area, although the hotel doesn't claim that it is. Just be aware. I've stayed at Country Inn and Suites in different areas many times and usually have a good experience.

Facility smelled odd. We were unable to control the room temperature. The room was not clean. The floor was sticky. We felt dirty leaving the hotel. The staff was generally friendly.

Dani at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. So was all of the staff. The rooms were clean however the window curtain had a blob of a stain and the pillows sucked.

Overall, my stay was alright, but: -lamp shade at desk was broken -phone was not plugged in or able to be used to call out -not able to automatically connect to wifi on laptop; had to call outside IT service to be given "work around" to get to log-in page and use internet -floor mat in bathroom was dirty -in-room safe did not work -someone knocked on the door at 9am to bring a phone cord -housekeeping knocked on the door at 10am when I had not checked out and official check-out is noon (I don't understand why housekeeping isn't told which rooms are still occupied/vacant to start their cleaning instead of waking people up or disturbing them before checkout time)

The rooms themselves seemed clean and the staff was beyond nice. The breakfast was fine. The room seemed clean. The bathroom was below standards in my opinion and all the body wash and shampoo were empty. There were also bugs that came out at night in there…no were else to my knowledge. Needless to say it wasn’t the best sleep.

The location of this property was convenient for driving in and out of the city. However, the interior of the hotel was a cause for concern. The door clearance is high enough that you hear every sound from the hallway, from every door shutting to every footstep. The fridge in our room (209) had not been cleared out. There was a random bag of food in there. One of the larger towels had stains on it. There was only one extra set of towels and bath cloths. Additionally, the toiletries had not been restocked and there was a random, large black stain on the sheets.
