Sorry but the Hotel was musty and damp feeling. Just wasn’t clean. Carpets and other things definitely need cleaning. Lady at check-in was really helpful and accominating. Lady serving food was super. Lady at checkout just didn’t show much interest in customer service. She did thank me for letting her know about the roach that was climbing the wall I am not a review killer but this one was necessary

I spent two days there and the first night must have been some kind of party within the hotel. Unrelenting loud talking in the hallways until almost 2 AM with constant door slamming. The first morning I was there housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 AM, that’s NINE A M FOLKS. I asked if they could come back later and went on about my day returning around 10 PM to find they never bothered to clean my room at all. No fresh towels, no made bed, no trash emptied, never even entered the room. Very disappointing. Second night was more quiet but still… OK price, nonexistent cleanup. Two and a half stars out of five🌟🌟1/2 loud doors. Unbelievably loud slamming every time a door closed even if one tried to close it softly.

The Hotel was nice, and clean. The grounds of kept up well on the exterior. The only thing I didn’t like is it was difficult for find parking, and it was quite a distance to load and unload your car.

Unfortunately, our experience was not wonderful. When we got back to the hotel around 12:30 AM, we pulled back the sheets in one of the queen beds, the sheets were dirty. I went to call housekeeping, or the front desk, but the phone did not work. So I had to go downstairs to ask for clean sheets. Also, the door was not sealed so all the hallway noise came through. A lot of people came home after 2 AM, I got very little sleep. Overall, the carpets in the entire facility were disgustingly dirty. This was not an inexpensive stay, and I expected more from my Choice hotel. We rarely go and stay at a hotel, it’s not in our budget, so this was very disappointing.

Staff I interacted with were very nice and stay wasn't bad. But the hotel is aged and could use a makeover. Our bathroom door creeked in the middle of the night if someone used the bathroom and the hinges were barely screwed down making the door hard to close. Also not fitted well, so the bathroom light lit up the whole room in the dark. There is also no sound proofing anywhere. If other guests were getting up at 5am, so was I! It sounded like elephants roaming above us. And I can be a light sleeper, so I heard every step. Typical no smoking signs at the front doors which is good. But employees were smoking 4 feet from said doors and signs. Would I stay again, sure. Doesn't have to be a 5 star review and the price was decent for the two nights we were in town. And two of these observations are easily fixable

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Our feet were sticking to the floors and my daughter dropped a baby wipe on the floor and ran it across the floor it was completely black. There were some very noisy teenage boys yelling and running up and down the halls all hours for two nights.
