"We loved our stay at this cottage. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and we were glad to have the extra 1/2 bath. Very comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to book again. We appreciated the use of the washer dryer. Those machines are often not great at rentals, but this was a fine set! I even put the puzzle together and we enjoyed the provided board games. The river is nice to sit and enjoy."

"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"This home was in a convenient location for trips to both beautiful Roger Williams Park and downtown Providence entertainment. The host was very gracious, providing extras like breakfast supplies. While the neighborhood was in the midst of replacement of water lines - concluding into the house- , good communication with the host made it possible to stay here without disruption. The home was very nicely furnished, and very comfortable for our grandson (age 4)."

"Ruth and Kenny are great hosts; very friendly and kind but also very mindful about leaving us to our privacy and space. The grounds are pretty and the cottage is homey, clean, and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would re-book if we visit the area again."

"I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud...
