Cabin is nested in quite neighborhood just short 5 minutes away from Promised Land state Park that features two beaches on the lake and has boat/kayak rentals. Lots of hike areas just minutes away.
Backyard has nice variety of wildlife to observe: chipmunks, deer, bear, squirrels, hummingbirds and variety of songbirds.

A Lovely Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay at Moss Hollow! The quiet and serene setting coupled with the comforting interior decor made for a memorable paddle vacation at Promised Land State Park.

Beautiful cabin!
The cabin was beautiful! It was very clean and welcoming, very cozy. Its such a cute little property, secluded with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed our stay very much, and made some good use of the game cupboard. Definitely would love to visit again!

A cozy spot where the silence is golden.
The house is super-cozy and would be perfect for the colder nights of Autumn or Winter. It's so quiet here, I almost lost my mind trying to sleep. I had to turn on a sound machine before my tinnitus drove me insane. Don't get me wrong; silence is great. The house is cute and was cleaned well. The owners definitely put thought into their hospitality. My only concern would be the security of the wifi. I couldn't even access VRBO because the wifi has a bad security certificate (or something like that). Also couldn't access many other apps. What a city slicker I am, complaining about wifi in the mountains.

Perfect weekend was hot and cold. The Netflix was only thing that did not work. Fires and outdoor wildlife were what we needed
