"Loved everything but the parking is tight and there are lots of stairs. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower level. No bathroom on the main level. We walked on the lake trail and got into town in 30 minutes. Amazing views from every room. "

"Beautiful spot! Short walk into Queenstown magical weather when we stayed. Views from the house amazing. Need a new frying pan the ones supplied were very old and coating coming off. Beds were very hard. Overall a great base for Queenstown stay such a pretty town! "

"Hands down the best location for the views to stay that l looked into- just spectacular- balcony is a must at sunset. Bedroom carpet freying & worn, toilet paper & tissues were appalling, massive chip off the basin in bathroom. High star shouldn't provide that type of amenities. We paid a lot aus for 6 nights - you're making money - fix the room to the standards it should be to what is charged. TV at night was garbage, its nice just watch something at night whilst winding down, lots of channels...

"We loved the area with lots of small cafe who serve yummy food and coffee and the bus rides into town where easy as the stops are right outside our appartments. Also there is a nice walking track which leads right into town. Loved our apartment and loved our stay. "

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Although the room was described as no-view, we found there was a view of the Lake and the Remarkables from a large window. The staff were so helpful and kind. Parking on site is a real plus in Queenstown. The room was clean and comfortable. Its a bit of a walk to town but not too bad. "

"Quiet room despite being close to a main road. Short drive to down town. Indoor parking and clean place. Gym wasn't big but had a few machines to get a workout in. Laundry on site too, though we didn't use it. "

"The Lakeside rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. Offerings at the restaurant/bar were enjoyable and creative. Somewhat limited selection for lunch/dinner but we had four different mains and all were excellent. We parked in the underground garage which has limited parking although not a problem finding spots during the end of March. Mattress in bed was very nice for sleeping and all the other amenities were good. No microwave in the room type I chose, I think it was the only stay in NZ without a microwave."
