No Kitchen Access: Please note that guests do not have access to the main-floor kitchen, except for hot water from the electric kettle and coffee if we’ve already made a pot.

Plumbing: Please do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or wipes. Misuse of plumbing fixtures will result in a $100 to $600 plumbing repair fee.
•
Damages: Guests are responsible for the cost of damages including linens and towels.
•
Pet Fees: A pet fee will apply to your reservation and is for one small to mid size size, low shed pet. If you have a high shed pet, you will need to clean or schedule and pay for a mid stay cleaning.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

We’re an independent guest home rental with a purpose—creating a welcoming space while also supporting Guilford County high school students with learning differences. Through hands-on experiences in this home, students gain valuable skills that help them grow.
These two private, upstairs bedrooms are connected to each other via Jack-and-Jill en suite bathroom. While we live downstairs, you’ll have both private, comfortable bedrooms upstairs to unwind. Both of your rooms includes a dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, iron, and cleaning tools for convenience. Main Floor Kitchen access is NOT available. For guests staying 30 days or more, we offer one laundry load per week with unscented detergent—yours or ours and 24 hour notice so we can get out laundry moved through.

Trash and recycling are picked up on Mondays (except holidays). Please dispose of waste in the designated bins behind the house.
Shared Spaces
Leave the bathroom in respectful condition and let us know if it needs attention.
Enjoy the side porch and two rocking chairs.
Our landscaper and pest control service will periodically access the yard and crawlspace. If you notice bugs inside, please clean up food crumbs, spills, and message us to request pest control service inside the home.
Furniture & Decor
Please don’t rearrange furniture or hang or attach anything on the walls.
Quiet Hours
Be mindful of noise levels from 9 PM to 9 AM to respect our neighbors.

The pet fee covers cleaning for one low-shed, small to medium pet. For multiple pets or high-shed pets, please schedule mid-stay cleaning.
