House Rules for Sister’s
Thank you for being a respectful guest in our home! Here are a few guidelines to help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
Register all guests and Pets. This keeps us in compliance with our booking platform requirements.
Trash & Recycling:
Green can: Trash
Brown can: Recycling (no plastic bags, please)
Gray can: Yard waste only
The trash cans are located behind the house. Please dispose of waste in the brown trash can.
Shared Spaces:
The backyard is a fenced space, please enjoy it respectfully. The grill is a small webber gas grill and is available for your respectful use. If you empty the tank please let us know so we can replace it before the next guest.
Furniture & Decor:
We kindly ask that you do not rearrange furniture, lamps, or rugs, and please avoid hanging or attaching anything to the walls.
Quiet Enjoyment:
Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise at a respectful level, between 9pm and 9am.
Pets:
When traveling with cats, please share your strategies for preventing spraying, clawing furniture, and managing litter scatter. Remember, pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in designated cans or dumpsters outside. Pet parents who leave behind animal waste, cat litter, fur, or clawed furnishings will incur an excess cleaning fee of $80 per hour, along with possible repair or replacement charges. Please be mindful that pet urine can damage grass; kindly direct your pets to non-grass areas.
If you’re traveling with a pet, the pet fee covers the extra cleaning time needed for one low-shed, small to medium pet. If you have multiple pets or a high-shed pet, we recommend cleaning during your stay or scheduling mid-stay cleanings based on your length of stay. Thank you for being a considerate pet parent! ❤️🐶🐱❤️
Please note that any damage to towels and linens will incur the following fees:
Towels: $20 each
Sheet Sets: $100 per set
Pillow Cases: $25
Quilts and Blankets: $20 to $500, depending on the item and its value.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our accommodations.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules and hope you have a wonderful stay! If you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out.
