The cathedral master bedroom on the ground level features a stone fireplace and hearth with private bath and walk in shower. The family room also has a stone fireplace/ hearth with french doors leading into the formal living area. A formal dining room seats 8 people. An updated open kitchen is enhanced with a large palladium glassed conversation area. The home has all hardwood flooring on the first level with 9' ceilings. Everything was A1, the place had a great location and the place was more luxurious than the pictures indicated. We were overly excited and pleased once we arrived and saw it up close. Everything was explained and clear what the rules and expectations were. Wanted to rent it for next year but it was already booked and I can understand why.

We reserved with Connie almost 18 months before Elon 2024 graduation. The house was perfect for our family and all the grandparents and older siblings that traveled from various states for 4 days. Plenty of room for everyone
Great property, lots of space so we were not falling over each other. The only downside for the older members of our group is that all of the beds are super high and they had problems getting in and out without assistance. The toilets are very low and again they had problems getting up without assistance. It’s a great neighborhood and close enough to shops, restaurants etc with a car. Would have liked blankets as it was cold in the bedrooms upstairs and we were not able to get the temp correct in the short time we were there. Overall a good experience and we look forward to a return visit when we are next in the area.
