A lot of construction in and out, hallways carpet were discusting, no Lobby, no breakfast, vending nor drinking vending. It’s just the worst experience I had in a Hotel/Motel. Am surprised you didn’t mentioned on your site !!

It was obvious that there are parts of the hotel being remodeled. Starting with the positives - the room we had appears to be one that had been remodeled. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and accommodating. There was no working ice machine. There was no phone in the room. The beds are made with a flat sheet over the mattress pad and a thin 'blanket.' Since there was no phone we had to go to the front desk to request a second blanket. I am hopeful that once the remodeling is complete, these other concerns will be addressed.

Too long to cover it all. I arrived late, Friday PM, stayed the one night only because it was late, then checked out next morning and went to Hampton 1/4 mile up the street. I only stayed one night and expect a refund.

The entire building was filthy and stunk. Our room was definitely not a nonsmoking room. The shower was not cleaned. There was no soap or anything to wash with. The bathroom door would not close all the way. We did not have a blanket/comforter on our bed, only sheets. Just a horrible place to stay.

This was the absolute worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. No elevator, I could deal with that. Check in states 3pm, wouldnt let me check in until 4 because they were cleaning the rooms. Thats fine as well, besides the attitude they gave me. Get up to our room, there is no hand soap, stains on the bedding, crumbs all over the chair, dead stink bugs, dirty hand prints on the bathroom door, dirt on the floor. I absolutely need a refund.

The hotel was undergoing significant remodeling (exterior and interior). The rooms were not as tidy as I would have liked. Also, the hotel appeared understaffed. The most unsettling aspect was the number of individuals not staying at the hotel, lingering in the hallways and the parking lot. However, many restaurants, stores, etc., are near the hotel.

What worked at the hotel is definitely the design and modernization of the room, the layout. The staff seemed friendly, The amenities were beneficial.The wifi barely worked, very low signal The furniture, although very nice cosmeticall, it wasn't comfortable at all.,

The location is excellent. The rooms had been recently renovated. However, everything else was simply horrible. The breakfast area was not clean. Very few good items were even offered and I would not eat anything there. The carpet in the hallways are filthy. Their policy is no trash cans in the bathroom so I simply discarded trash on the floor. The TV is new but no service and the WiFi is barely detectable. On say 2 I asked them to clean my room; they cleaned the bathroom only but did not leave any towels, soap or tissue. I was part of a group as the lead. I will never recommend this facility to anyone again. I really feel my money should be refunded.
