Azaleas cottage was love at first sight for me , it is a combination of some of my favorite home features and decor all within one fenced in compound . I would best describe the cottage as a cozy , laid back and charming home. Azaleas is strategically located in the heart of Greensboro, with its one of a kind sunset and sunrise views. This cozy cottage house is perfect for individuals , couples or families hoping to experience all that Greensboro has to offer and more.

Azalea's Cottage
Nice little 2 bed/bath was perfect for our needs. Easy to get to and close to pre/post wedding activities and wedding venue. Host provided coffee, some waters and snacks, so very thoughtful and appreciated after our long drive to get there.

Cute nice stay
House was super cute. Tiny but a perfect size for 3. We spent most of our time in family room and sun room. Had a good area to sit and snack or eat. We didn’t use any of the kitchen as we did not cook except to microwave a few items. Owner message me back immediately after I let him know I couldn’t find something. Maybe remove box springs on beds and go with just a slat bottom. Very squeaky. Not a ton of sink top space that made it tricky getting ready. Only issue but being a small older house really no way to fix that.

Azalea’s Cottage was perfect for our stay! So close to the Aquatic Center and Coliseum. Very clean and had everything for us to enjoy the week. Our dog loved the fenced in yard too. The host is so helpful and wants his guests to have a great stay! We hope to spend our Swim Meet week there again next year!

We stayed for ACC swimming championships to watch our son. It was my wife and I along with our 17 yr old daughter. The home small but very clean and comfortable and the host is the best we have had. Super nice guy and great communicator and helps as needed. We had our bull dog with us and he enjoyed the large back yard. It was a bit cool so we didn’t get off the deck much but the location is great near the Sheraton where our son stayed so we could see him a little more than usual. For a small group of 2 couples or a couple and a kid it’s great. The little ninja turtle video game is a nice touch for those of us that enjoy that stuff too. We will stay again.

Nice property for a 5 day stay
The house was well furnished and as listed. The back yard is really nice but we had limited chances to enjoy it due to the frequent rain. Our favorite room was the sitting area facing the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with many goodies. The location was great for exploring Greensboro. The reason we rated the house overall as a 4 was the need for a thorough cleaning.

Location - Excelent Communication with Property Owner - Great The cottage was perfect and actually exceeded our expectations. The rental is exactly as described . Actually better than described. Totally fenced in backyard is perfect for your pup. The floor plan is amazing for quiet morning coffee and evening beverages. The kitchen was "very" well appointed and more. Basic plus spices in the cupboard, a broad selection of coffee K-cups, snacks for kids and adults alike....need I say more? Sometimes the very snall and thoughtful attention to detail puts a rental over the top. Impeccably clean - very comfortable beds with upscale bed linens. Highly recommend the Azelea Cottage! We will definitely return. Richard truly is a SUPER host.

Perfect NC Cottage
This was one of the most perfect VRBO rentals I have ever stayed it. It was quaint comfortable and clean. Richard, the owner, was on top of everything and we had no real issues. Everything was basically brand new and there was nothing missing that we needed. I would recommend the Azalea Cottage to anyone who needed to stay in Greensboro NC and I can say that I will be visiting again on my next trip!

Aided by perfect weather, it was a great stay! Great backyard and awesome for a birdwatcher like me. Host was awesome with many extras you might not expect. Neighborhood is convenient to anywhere in Greensboro. Extremely well kept and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
