BEWARE, don’t believe the photos
We arrive at the VRBO late, 10:30 P.M., exhausted after an 18 hour drive, anxious to get some rest as we had an early morning and day of work for my nieces wedding the following day. I was shocked, to say the least, absolutely filthy. Old food splashed on the walls behind the sink, filthy black dirt all over the doors and walls, urine on the sides of the toilet, a toilet that filled in little LOUD burst that took forever to fill and leaked all over the floor. It was too late to try to find another place, I was ready to cry. We decided we would be gone all day and only sleeping there so we did that only, didn’t even make coffee there. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many vrbo’s but this was next level. We left saying this made a memory we would never forget and hopefully be able to laugh about someday, just not today!

Do not stay here.
Dirty. House is in serious need of repairs. Lawn needs mowed TVs did not work. No batteries in remotes. Roku is so old does not support current programs. We couldn’t even stay a night here. Waste of money. Do not stay here!

Would stay again!
Clean and cozy home in a quiet neighborhood! This home has a simple decor and plenty of room for the whole family! We felt comfortable and safe while sleeping. I would say don’t forget your toiletries as simple soaps were not available for laundry or personal use as in description. Check out time did vary from listing when confirmed. Couch was very comfortable to hangout on with the family but beds were very noisy. Overall, very happy and would stay again!

Awesome place to stay
House was well maintained on dead end road in a nice quite neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and seemed to keep an eye on what was going on around them. Plenty of places to eat and shop fpr things you needed. My wife and daughter went for a walk and got pictures of young deer about 20 feet from them ( as they were trying to feed them) also saw deer and fox from the front porch. Highly recommend stay there if in the area

The place was absolutely filthy, kitchen cabinets old peelings and pots &pans thrown in upside down. Spit dripping down drawers. Filthy carpets and sofa! Items delaminating and falling apart. Hair all over the bathroom walks and inside drawers. Paid for 3 nights and only got refunded partially. So, I think that’s it for me and VRBO Owner “seemed” nice

Tons of Room
Ample room with tons of bed space and a huge backyard. The firepit in the back was especially nice. The house was kind of far from everything, which can be nice, but wasn't ideal. In general, the house was clean, but there were some places that looked dingy or in need of an additional cleaning.

Clean but not well maintained
First, as to the issue with bed bugs that were in prior reviews, there were absolutely no bugs in the house, other than one dead one in the smaller bedroom. My friend could not sleep in the bedroom with the exterior bath due to the very dark and unwelcoming colors of the bed and other furnishings. She slept on the couch. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other 2 have queens, this was not clear on the listing. Early School bus noise is an issue in this neighborhood.

Great stay. Bad experience
Day 1 i found a bed bug in the master bedroom. Then found another one on the wall. I messaged the host telling me to take pics of the bed bugs. I didnt take pics of the bed bugs. But I do have proof of bed bug bites on me and my husband. We ended up Sleeping on the couch for rest of our stay. On 07/10/2023 when leaving the property the City of High Point truck pulled up and said that the light bill was past due and it needed to be paid. I told them I didnt live there just renting the property. I messaged the host about the incident she never replied back. Very unprofessional.
